Art Scenes is a web service for art collectors, galleries, and anyone else involved with art.
You can collect and purchase information on art distributed around the world, as well as get all kinds of information on artists, artworks, exhibitions, galleries, and other art-related information.
You can purchase artwork from the current exhibition at the gallery.
If you have not heard from us within 3 business days, please contact us by phone or fax.
We may send you an information letter or a thank you letter from the artist to the address you provided when you purchased the artwork. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such letters.
Supplementation of delivery
Decoration of purchased artwork is also available. Additional charges may apply depending on the region and wall material. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
If you have damaged a frame while decorating your home, or if you would like to change to a different frame, please contact us. We will be happy to order a new frame for you for a fee.
If you have purchased a piece of artwork and it is different from your image or does not fit your room, please notify us within 7 days after we have shipped the piece to you. After that, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
After you return the artwork to us, we will refund you the amount of the artwork price, minus the round-trip shipping cost and any sales charges including cash on delivery. However, we will not accept returns or exchanges of artwork that has had the frame or other specifications changed at the customer's request, for any reason.
If there is damage to the artwork or the frame at the time of return, we may refuse the return or charge the customer for the cost of the frame.
If you purchased the artwork at an exhibition, please contact the venue where you purchased the artwork.
